Hot Feta and Artichoke Dip

1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
8 oz crumbled feta cheese
1 c mayo
1/2 c shredded parmesan cheese
12 oz jar diced piementos, drained
1 minced garlic clove

Mix all well, Spoon into a greased pie pan or two small baking dishes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min until lightly browned. You can freeze one before baking if you wish to serve at a later time. Serve with crackers, pita chips, crostini, or nachos.
