Created this after playing around with a great but
bland recipe.
1 tbs red wine vinegar
2 tbs water
1 tbs sugar
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp toasted sesame seed
2 tbs vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 16 0z bag shredded coleslaw mix
1 tbs sugar
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp toasted sesame seed
2 tbs vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste

In a large
bowl whisk all ingredients except for cabbage mix. Toss with vegetables and
check for seasoning, adjusting salt and pepper as needed. Let stand at least 30 min in refrigerator. Re-toss and
serve.
